History and Compare
Every command written to a schedule is logged. The History tab replays it as readable sentences; Compare shows what changed between two moments.
History
In the right-hand panel, the History tab lists the most recent entries first, each one dated ("Sep 26, 3:07 PM"), attributed ("You", another member, or "Deleted user" for an erased account), and described in one sentence — "Edit the legend", "Action 'Order the concrete' on 'Foundations': completed. (2 commands)", "Block 'Earthworks' (row 1.1 'Earthworks') added: 2026-10-05, 5 working days. (10 commands)"…
Two menus filter the list: who (Everyone, me, or a named member) and when (Whole period, Today, This week, Two dates).
Compare
The Compare button, at the top of the same tab, opens two dropdown menus — a starting point ("since Monday (rank 0)", or any earlier dated and attributed rank) and an end point ("now", by default). Choosing a start immediately shows, under the menus, a summary ("from rank 0 to rank 40: 20 additions, 11 changes") then the detailed list of differences: rows added or removed, blocks added (highlighted), moved, resized, recolored, links created, cells changed, comments — each line in the same readable sentence style as History. Close the comparison goes back to the plain list.
What happens when you get it wrong
- Nothing you do in History or Compare changes the schedule: these are read-only views; looking at an old rank, or comparing two moments, doesn't restore anything by itself.
- To actually go back to an earlier state, it's Versions you need to open, not History — see Versions and the trash.
What this page doesn't cover
