Printing and exports

What the screen can actually do today to get a schedule out of PalmaPlan: print it, or turn it into a PDF through the browser's own printing. Exchange formats (v23, CSV, XLSX, ICS) and image rendering (SVG, PNG) exist, but not yet as a button on this screen — stated here plainly, without dressing it up.

Setting up the page

Settings › Printing:

The tab's own text says it: "The printable preview (Ctrl+P, or 'Print' in the bar) follows these settings; the PDF is the browser's own."

Printing

The ribbon's Print button (or Ctrl+P, or Printable preview from Settings) opens a dedicated page (/s/<id>/print): the whole schedule rendered as a table and a timeline, with the legend, at the chosen format and range — a line above recalls the setting in force ("A4 landscape · from 2026-10-01 to 2027-01-13 · grain 'week'"). A single button, Print, launches the browser's own print dialog — it's the browser that offers "Save as PDF", depending on the system; PalmaPlan doesn't generate a PDF file itself from this screen.

What the screen doesn't do (yet)

Checked by looking, across the whole application, for an "Export" or "Download" button next to a schedule: there isn't one. What the v23 format can say, what a CSV, XLSX or ICS file would contain, what an SVG or PNG render would look like — all of that exists, but only through the export_schedule and render_schedule tools, reserved for an agent connected over MCP (see the agent guide). A person who wants a v23, CSV, XLSX or ICS file of their schedule has to go through an agent (Claude Code, for instance) to ask for it today — this screen doesn't offer that gesture itself.

Likewise, importing a schedule from one of these formats (import_schedule) has no button in My schedules: it's an agent gesture, not yet a screen gesture.
